Scope and Content: On activities at Colombey-les-Belles. Reel 1, Spad and Sopwith airplanes are warmed up. A Spad is wheeled into a hangar. Gen. Foulois inspects DH-4 planes lined up for a takeoff. Breguet bombers and DH-4 planes take off. A pilot climbs from an overturned Salmson plane. Shows 96th Aero Squadron officers. Bombs are unloaded from planes and defused. Reel 2, planes take off in the early morning. Motors are repaired and tested. 94th Aero Squadron members engage in foot races.
