The International Mask Festival being held in New Delhi has been organised by the ICCR, Indira Gandhi National Centre for the arts, Sangeet Natak Academi and the National School of Drama. The festival included participants from Bhutan, Indonesia, the ivory coast of Japan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Zimbabwe along with India.
